Booking Your First Appointment
So you’re wanting to book your first visit with me, and I am so excited to meet with you! There are a couple of things I want to share with you to help make your first time visit effortless :)
When booking your first facial, you can book the “First Time Facial Appointment”, which includes time for a thorough consultation before your first full hour facial treatment.
If you are booking a lash lift, brow lamination, or brow/lash tinting for the first time, you’ll first select the service that you are wanting. You’ll then see an option that says “Patch Test” or “Waive Patch Test”. I highly recommend that you schedule a patch test with me at least 72 hours prior to your appointment.
Even if you have had lifts and tints before, allergies can develop at any time during our lives, and every service providor has different tools, companies and products that they work with which will use a variety of different ingredients which you may not have been exposed to in the past.
Once your appointment is requested I’ll confirm my availibility and you will get a notification from Vagaro! You’ll also get reminders leading up to your appointment date.
Parking at Our Location
You’ll find me and my beauty suite inside the lovely Trend Hair Society Salon in Everett off of Hewitt. Our address is 2715 Hewitt Ave, Everett, WA 98201.
Parking is easy and free! Right beside the building you can find a little alley parking lot with angle-in parking, and if that lot is full there is always plenty of parking along Cedar Street. You may even be lucky enough to get the spot right outside our front door!

It’s Time for Some Self Care
Once you’ve found your way inside, you are welcome to wait in the front lobby where there is seating and refreshments for you to enjoy. I’ll greet you at the front desk, or if you’ve arrived early you’re welcome to let staff know you’ve arrived for your appointment with Amelia.
From there we’ll head back to the suite where we will have a consultation to discuss the service you’ve come for, your skincare and beauty service history, possible contraindications, and other pertinent information to ensure we achieve your desired results!
If you’d like to send me some information ahead of time to get a jump start on things, you can fill out a form for facials, waxing, or brows and lashes.
After the consultation I will review and confirm with you the plan for your treatment, and then it’s time for you to kick back, relax, and let the professional do their magic (that’s me!) ✨
Please note that as part of discussing any possible contraindications, there will be medical questions such as current medications you may be taking and allergies you might have. This is to help ensure your health, safety and wellbeing with any services. To protect sensitive information, I do not collect medical information digitally.
